Processing of Funds: The funds have been counted and deposited. Next, the funds need to be individually entered for each walker into our walk website/database in efforts to have individual, team and overall walk totals and statistics updated. This generally takes 4-6 weeks or so. Once the entry is complete, we are then able to order the appropriate amount of T-shirts and Thank You Gift Certificates for those walkers who have raised $100 or more and earned incentives. The prize incentives will be delivered to your Company Leader for Distribution approximately between August 1 and August 15. If you had a team photo taken at the walk that will also be sent to you!
Additional Funds? It’s not too late to send in additional donations and have them count toward your walker and team totals! Funds sent in by June 20, 2009 will be processed into totals. Please mail to:
