The 2014 Southern Delaware Heart Walk

PARTICIPANTS: We have turned off the functionality of entering check and cash donations on your personal website in preparation for Day of Event. If you have entered donations paid by check on your webpage, but not turned it in to our staff, please mail it in to our office. Any donations entered on personal webpages that haven't be received in the office by 10/16 will be deleted from your webpage and added back when your envelope has been processed. Please put all new money received in your walker envelope to turn in on Walk Day. Thank you!
Participants have the opportunity to make an on-site donation of $10 to receive a torch to carry in memory or honor of someone they love who has been impacted by cardiovascular diseases and/or stroke. Please note that torches are only available the day of the Heart Walk.

• Red Torch = Heart
• White Torch = Stroke
The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary health organization working to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. These diseases, the Nation's No.1 and No.4 killers, claim more than 813,804 American lives a year.
