Who or What Inspires YOU to live your healthiest Life?
Who changed your life?

Or made you think twice about how you live it?
Was it your co-worker who ran her first marathon?
Was it your best friend, the one everyone thought

was too young to have a stroke?
Was it your mom who survived a heart attack?

Or your dad who didn’t?

Honor that person today, on
Day of Inspired Living. Inspired Giving.

By signing up for the Heart & Stroke Walk and 5K Run early, you'll have more time to fundraise! The Spokane Heart & Stroke Walk and 5K Run team encourages you to kick off your fundraising early so that we can commit to funding vital research projects by June 30, 2014. We are currently funding 29 research projects in Washington worth over $4.9 million dollars! However, without early fundraising, several projects in our state will go unfunded this year.

By registering now and making a personal donation of $25, you will help ensure that no meritorious project goes unfunded!

The Spokane Heart & Stroke 5K Run is a Second Seed 2015 Qualifier Bloomsday!
Our 5K Run is timed and chipped by ATL timing.
Packet pick-up is at Fleet Feet Sports Spokane
on Friday, September 12, 2014 | 3pm-7pm.

The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary health organization working to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. These diseases, the Nation's No.1 and No.4 killers, claim more than 813,804 American lives a year. Thanks to all our walkers, donors and volunteers who have accepted the challenge to help fight heart disease and stroke. We cannot achieve our mission without each one of you!
