This year we are combining the Tri-County Heart Walk and the Orange-Sullivan Heart Walk to make one dynamic event! Lake Sebago Beach is in Harriman State Park. It is surrounded by beautiful lawns, play fields and picnic areas. We are expecting 3,000 participants. Come and join us for a fun-filled day of Creating Hope, Inspiring Change and Celebrating Success.
